We offer shipping to all countries, with the exception of the following: Afghanistan, Belarus, Brunei Darussalam, Central African Republic, Cuba, Gaza Strip, Laos, Myanmar, New Caledonia, Niue, Russian Federation, Syrian Arab Republic, and Yemen.
All orders with in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
If your order includes backordered items (as indicated when selecting the item and in your cart), please allow 2-5 weeks for shipping.
Please note that if your order contains a backordered product, the entire order will be shipped once the backordered item is back in stock.
Sometimes, errors occur on our part. Please reach out to customer support within 5 days of receiving your product and include photos or details about the issue. This will assist us in addressing the problem quickly.
If your package is marked as delivered but you're unable to find it, try checking with your neighbors or nearby addresses. If it's still missing, reach out to customer support for help.
